TRACKSIDE HOSPITALITY
Hospitality packages are available for major events, product launches and
private functions.
PIT LANE SUITES
Modern air-conditioned hospitality suites are located in the competitors paddock
high above race team garages. Each suite has a birds eye view of pit lane, the
start / finish line and the main straight. All suites have TV and computerised
lap scoring screens, serviced toilets are nearby and there is an easy access to
rooftop viewing areas.
A large hydraulic lift can carry cars and heavy equipment to suites and display areas.
Clients are welcome to dress and theme their suites with promotional and advertising material. Function rooms and suites can seat up to 500 guests or host 800 in a cocktail party setting.
Menus can be tailored to suit all budgets and occasions with service carried
out by professional waiting staff.
TURN ONE CONFERENCE CENTRE
A new conference centre is now located in the competitors paddock on the inside
of turn 1 adjacent to the driver training skid circuit. The air-conditioned room
and display area has level assess for vehicles and display equipment. To aid
audiovisual presentations all windows have been fitted with custom made blinds.
During race days guests on the conference centre rooftop have a safe close up view of cars or bikes powering through Eastern Creeks fastest corner.
The driver training skid circuit which can also be seen from the conference centre offers a good location for out side displays or product demonstrations.
Our caterers can service the Conference Centre to suit your needs and our friendly track staff can assist with the coordination of your project.
